Everything you need to know about check-in and pick-up
We've designed our check-in and check-out procedures to be as smooth and efficient as possible. Payments, forms and signatures are handled online now to help speedup this process. Please review the information below carefully and arrive during your designated check-in / checkout time to avoid delays.
For all camps except day camp, camp will start each week with check-in between 2-4 pm EST on Sunday.
Day camp check-in is 9 am each day.
For Junior and Junior-Teen weeks, camper pickup with happen after the Friday evening Chapel which begins at 7:00 pm EST. Parents are encouraged to attend Chapel at 7 pm, with check-out being no later than 8 pm following Chapel.
For Teen weeks, check out will be on Saturday morning, no later than 11 am.
Day camp pickup is 3 pm each day.
Please park in designated parking areas when you arrive at camp. The main parking area is located to your right as you approach the Sara Reel Pavilion. Additional parking is located along the edges of the road. Please refrain from driving up to the dining hall area, as this is a heavily populated area with lots of kids running around. The area outside the dining hall should be reserved for mobility challenged individuals and is not for long-term parking.
